How A Trip Works

Wondering how Jamie’s Journeys NYC trip works? Well let me tell ya!

We leave on a Thursday night at 7pm from Columbus Ohio. We make a few pick up stops along the way, continuing the drive through the night. Right before we enter the city we make a final stop in Jersey to freshen up, change your clothes and get some coffee. After the stop we go into the city and unload in Rockefeller Center. From Rockefeller center you need to find your hotel, and check in. Chances are your room won’t be ready this early in the morning, but the hotels will check your bags, and then you can start your exploring! We spend all day Friday and Saturday in the city, and Saturday night at 10pm we board the bus and head home, making stops to drop off along the way. You will arrive home early Sunday morning.

The total cost is $190 and the hotels are on your own. I will be happy to suggest hotels and help make itineraries for anyone! Hopefully down the road I can include hotel rooms and make it all inclusive, but one step at a time!
